PLACEMENT
The placement cell of Shekhawati Institute is well established, comprehensive & dynamic. It envisages arranging campus interviews with prestigious technology driven companies. The Shekhawati Institute maintain a record of its passed out candidates. These well-placed candidates not only help in better placements of present students but also visit the institutions frequently to highlight present trends of the corporate world.
PLACEMENT PROCEDURE
1. REGISTRATION PROCESS
Registration process for the campus placement starts before one month of the event. All the Students of Shekhawati Institute are eligible to participate in every placement fair until they are placed.
2. WELCOMING THE DELEGATES
Delegates of different companies were warmly welcomed by SI. HRs of different companies were presented flower bouquets at the entrance of the campus and escorted to the chairman’s chamber.
3. CONVERSATION
Representatives of all the companies had a short conversation with the Chairman of the Group prior to the commencement of the placement procedure. Detailed information’s regarding the process, venue, registered students as well as their criteria were provided and discussed at length.
4. GROUP DISCUSSION, WRITTEN TEST & TECHNICAL ROUND
Students were rigorously tested on a variety of parameters ranging from soft skills, technical abilities, team playing capabilities etc. The written tests (both technical & non-technical) and Group Discussions covered technical as well as contemporary topics.
5. HR INTERVIEW SESSION
The selected students from the GD round were later on permitted to sit in the PI (Personal Interview) round. The representatives of the respective companies took the interview of each candidate separately & discussed company specific Terms & Conditions with them covering all the aspects of their job profile.
6. PLACED STUDENTS WITH JOINING / OFFER LETTERS
Those students, who succeeded in clearing the cut-offs (company specific), were given training / offer letters for their brilliant outcome of hard work and technical knowledge. Number of students were having 5-6 offer letters in their hands in total more than 800 students were selected.
7. AWARD CEREMONY
At the end of the recruitment process, the HRs were honored with mementos by the Chairman Er. Ranjeet Singh himself as a token of appreciation.
CELEBRATIONS…
Placement Process culminated with a big celebration event. Students were wearing smiles on their faces, holding offer letters in their hands and walking with a winning attitude in the premises. Entire faculty of SI gave their blessings and best wishes to the successful students.
